UAV Membership

Membership in the UAV Eligibility:
Any person of Ukrainian descent or married to a person of Ukrainian descent, who has served in the Armed Forces of the United States of America, was honorably separated from such service or is on active duty, is eligible to become a member of the Ukrainian American Veterans.

Requirements for Members at Large:
1. Application/ UAV REG Form must be completely filled out, dated and signed. A copy of Form DD214 (Discharge Form) or a ‘separation document’ attached.

3. Annual dues: $15.00. Check made payable to: UAV.
a. Personnel on active duty in the US Armed Forces are exempt from dues.
